We had a really good time. We sat in the booth, right around the corner from the front door on Tuesday Dec3 (in case Applebee's sees this and wants to give her praise or a raise :) ) and our waitress was VERY nice and attentive and got nothing wrong. Granted we only got a few things, but as many of you know, it's easy for people to screw up the simplest of things. But yeah, I'm writing this review to say that she did a really good job 👠and we *will* be back.

We had the server Brittany today. She was so rude our entire visit. She printed out our Check. It was $39 then I paid with a gift card $25 and the rest on our debit card. She came back with a different receipt saying it was $41. I said how it was $39? She said “She bought a gameâ€(talking about our daughters) and it was done after she printed the first receipt. No one TOUCHED the little game thing except me because I was going to pay on it. She said I would have had to hit the okay button 3X to confirm it. I NEVER did. She then walked away without any apology or nothing. We will NOT be coming back here. They were ALL rude. I would rate 0 stars but I can’t. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

My family and I eat at Applebee's on a regular basis. The food is very good and the service is great. There Boneles Wings are out of this world.

I took my granddaughter there this evening before going to the ballet. It was truly horrible. I had the Bourbon Street Steak and it was so tough I could hardly saw through it. My granddaughter’s chicken tenders were under done. We were running short on time so I didn’t have time to send them back so we just left. I don’t think I’ll ever go back.

i have always had good service at applebees but Friday afternoon was terrible the waitress was a pitiful excuse for a servicer won't be back for a while and definitely not in her section this is extra salsa chili's never fails

The food was really good and the whole place was clean! I came here to eat with some friends... The only issue I had was (I assume the main server or person in charge) was being rude with the lady who served our table. This guy bluntly called her out on not taking care of our refills when she was. Despite this my food was delicious and the people here are excellent workers!

Amazing food and evenbetter service. Our waitress was very friendly. We were in town for the NASCAR Race and she was giving us little pointers about things to do and places to see. I'd recommend this Applebee's!

The wait staff is great. Atmosphere is great. Decent prices on their food. The only reason I'm giving them 4 Stars instead of 5 is the cook messed up some on our order by forgetting some stuff we ordered but the waitress tried to get it corrected to her best ability.

Food was the best I've had there in a while. I had 8 oz sirloin and the hubs had bourbon st chicken and shrimp. He said it was very good.

Applebees is always a friend favorite. Very casual but great food for a decent price. The server we had today had been there for a while and she was excellent. She worked with us on our order to get exactly what we wanted at the lunch time price. I had a burger and fries off the lunch menu. They got it to me in their signature under 12 minutes time frame and they even customized it for me by putting jalapenos on it. They are very sweet and helpful. Will go back again.

Clean, great food and excellent staff. Our waitress was excellent. My cup never went empty but she also didn't stop by our table too much and bother us while we talked. Had all the top games on the TV too. Highly recommend giving this old staple in kingsport another try.

Sad when your military discount is not honored, there are places that do, I'll visit those places for my patronage, I do hate the the servers will no be getting the $10-20 gratuity per visit. Poor management and the emails that your getting cost you a customer...

We ordered the grilled chicken alfredo and it was the worst by far that we have ever eaten. The noodles were very under cooked and the alfredo sauce was chalky and not smooth and creamy like one would expect also it tasted burnt. I would strongly not recommend this dish. It was awful and it ruined our entire evening. Thanks for nothing Applebee's.!

I ordered tacos and fries today, what I got was 4 little tacos looked liked Doritos chips with very little on them. And my fries were barely warm. So they sent them back and I think they just put the fries I sent back and put them back in the fryer because they were hard. So I won't be going back.

Went here the other day cause my kids love their boneless wings,and they have half price appetizers from 4 till 7. I ended up getting one of the specialty burgers and it was great. The waitress was friendly and polite, and our glasses were never empty very good experience. I look forward to going back again soon.

On our way back from FL heading back to PA. We decided to stop here to eat for dinner. When we walked in the host was a little rude and ignored me when I asked for a booth. I told the hostess who walked us to table we wanted a booth. We did get a booth and so lucky to have gotten seated in Anthony's section. Anthony was our waiter and was super friendly. He got our ordered correct and refilled our drinks without us asking for them. He even gave us some reccomendations on different towns to live in around TN. Would come here again.

Brunch Burger - bacon, egg and hashbrowns on the burger served with salt /pepper french fries ( I had to eat those first because they were so good) and burger was also good. Server was attentive and friendly . Took a while to get bar drinks (only bottled beer and a shot) as bartender was too busy chatting up the other staff and bar patrons.

Our waitress seemed kind of out of it... The steak was supposed to be medium, and it was very, very rare. Other than that it was OK... $1 beer mugs and $1 frosty blue vodka drinks made it worth the visit.

Seated well before the end of the lunch special time but not told, before hand, that orders had to be placed before the cutoff time, so had to pay extra there.Music too loud even for the waitresses, which even stated this herself.Ordered an item from the menu, minus a few toppings, so the order came half uncovered. If I had know that, I would not have ordered that item. Other places make up for removed toppings with other acceptable toppings.Was never told about the all you can eat specials until after we received our food.Wont be returning most likely.

Every thing was excellent. Food was hot and what I ordered. My soft drink was refilled without me having to wait for my waitress. Restaurant was clean. Employees were nice and friendly.

My husband and I love to eat and drink at Applebee's.. We eat there so often we know the staff. We usually sit at the bar and eat and enjoy the vibe.. The bartender Jason is awesome and hes always friendly. Sitting at the bar you get to know the people around you and always have the regular people that come there as often as we do.. Wonderful food and the alcoholic beverages are totally on point.. 5 stars

It all depends on who is cooking. You have some Cook's he work there who believe in burning one side and leaving the other side Raw on steaks. I know some of their Cooks microwave their chicken and their steaks. Service is pretty decent. Had a couple of good servers and then I have had a few whatever you want to call them servers. But if you get you a good cook in there like Eric or Bobby oh, you will have excellent food.

The food is good and the staff is friendly. The reason i gave it 3 stars is because they don't let you substitute sides. I had the chicken and shrimp which came with mashed potatoes. I asked to sub the mashed potatoes with the cheesy broccoli and the guy said he still had to charge me extra for the cheesy broccoli whether i was going to get the mashed potatoes or not. I think you should allow to substitute sides.
